Through the innovative model of "building while producing"
Achieve the simultaneous acceleration of project promotion and market development

"The output value is expected to exceed 30 million yuan in the first half of this year, and the second phase of the R&D and testing building is scheduled to be completed in 2026." Zhao Xiaoqiang, general manager of Zhejiang Bofei Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd., said that the company is seizing the new energy track with "acceleration". Recently, when we walked into the construction site of the Bofei Green Energy Project, the production workshop and warehouse of the first phase have been completed, and the R&D and testing buildings of the second phase are in the foundation construction stage. The construction workers are full of energy, and the roar of machines and construction strikes sound from time to time. What is hot is not only the construction site. When entering the first phase of the production workshop, dozens of workers joined in the battle, installing and debugging production equipment while working hard to catch up on orders.

The first phase was put into production and the second phase was started, and the project was "accelerated". As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhejiang Bofei Electric Co., Ltd., Borfei Green Energy's products are mainly photovoltaic composite materials, lightweight component special materials and BC component special materials as supplemented. At present, the main products have passed the tests of many component factories and have obtained TÜV Rhine certification.
Zhao Xiaoqiang introduced that the first phase of the factory has been fully delivered, the equipment installation and production are carried out simultaneously, and the mass production cycle has been shortened by 3 to 6 months, allowing innovative products to seize the new market earlier and faster. The second phase is expected to be completed and delivered in 2026.

Innovate to reduce costs and increase efficiency, and products are favored by the market. In the workshop, thin and soft glass fibers are cured at high temperature by professional machines and become dark black high-strength composite frames, and then quality inspection and packaging, and will be applied to photovoltaic components. Compared with traditional aluminum alloy materials, the cost of this product has been reduced by 15% to 20%, the strength has been increased by 6 to 8 times, and it has advantages such as lightweight, corrosion resistance, low carbon and environmental protection, and has won batch orders from many leading component companies.

"The current competition in the photovoltaic industry is fierce, and reducing costs and increasing efficiency is the core demand." Zhao Xiaoqiang told reporters that enterprises provide comprehensive solutions to downstream customers through material innovation and process optimization. The current orders are full, and 30 sets of equipment are now on the market to be installed, and production capacity continues to rise.

As the global energy structure accelerates its transformation, the market demand for fiberglass composite material frames will continue to rise in the future. According to industry data, the annual demand for photovoltaic borders in 2030 can reach 3.2 million tons, and the market size of photovoltaic borders in the future will be more than 60 billion yuan, with broad market prospects. Borfi Green Energy seizes the opportunity and is establishing a patent matrix for the photovoltaic industry, and actively participates in the formulation of product group standards, such as "Glass fiber reinforced polyurethane frame for crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules" and "Glass fiber reinforced composite frame for photovoltaic modules".
Not only that, Borfi Green Energy will complete 220 production lines by the end of this year, forming an annual production capacity of 15GW of composite frames, and creating a leading photovoltaic material production service provider in Zhejiang Province.
