Composite frames for photovoltaic modules
The profile is prepared by pultruding process by fiber reinforced resin-based composite material, and then the profile is polished, 45° oblique cutting and drilling and surface spraying weather-resistant coating to form a frame structure with high strength and weather resistance.
The static load load test conducted by an authoritative inspection agency in accordance with the IEC61215 standard shows that the frame has no structural cracking or components are out of frame under the static pressure load of 5400Pa on the front and 2400Pa on the back; the wet leakage current detection data carried out simultaneously also comply with the technical specifications of this standard.
The composite frames of Borphy Green Energy photovoltaic modules have passed the international authoritative TÜV Rheinland certification and rigorous testing by several independent third-party testing institutions. They have carried out empirical applications of industrial and commercial distributed projects with leading photovoltaic module manufacturers to verify their reliability and applicability.
