Gap film

The use of gap film on conventional component products can replace glass glaze layer to reduce costs and reduce the probability of explosive parts, while increasing the product power ≥1.5W.

The gap film can replace the appearance tape on BC component products, which can beautify, block, prevent and increase power.

1. High reflective efficiency: The gap film of the BC component is designed in a microstructure and combined with the principle of total reflection to reflect the sunlight at the gap to the front/back of the cell to realize the secondary utilization of photons. Compared with the diffuse reflection mode of the conventional solution, the reflective efficiency of this technology is significantly improved, which helps to compensate for the optical loss caused by the cancellation of the front gate line of the BC cell.

2. Eliminate shading loss; Although the front gateless line design of BC components improves the utilization rate of incident light, the reflective gain of welding tape and gaps in traditional packaging processes is missing. The gap filming technology effectively fills this optical gain gap by accurately covering the component gap.

Insulating reflective film (BF-RF-SI)

The insulating reflective film is a composite film with PET as the base material and a microprism light guide structure. The core structure of the insulating reflective film includes three insulating layer, a reflective layer and a sticky layer.

Product Application

1. Place the reflective film between the cells and strings to reflect onto the cell, helping to increase the power of the component.

2. Suitable for various types of component products of PERC, TOPcon, BC, and HJT.

3. Can provide disc and shaft mounting products, with custom width and length.

2. This product should be stored in a room with a temperature of 0 to 30℃ and a relative humidity below 60%, avoid direct , avoid getting close to heating instruments and being exposed to dust.

3. If stored under appropriate conditions and maintained in its original packaging, the product can maintain its performance for 6 months (from the date of production).

4. The product should be used up as soon as possible after the packaging is opened.
