Potting glue

Potting adhesive is to pour polyurethane potting adhesive, silicone potting adhesive, epoxy resin potting adhesive into devices or manually in devices equipped with electronic components and circuits, and cure them at room temperature or heating conditions to become a thermoset polymer insulating material with excellent performance, so as to achieve the purpose of bonding, sealing, potting and coating protection.  

Product Application

1. Suitable for various types of component products such as single glass and double glass.

2. Potting adhesive can effectively pot electronic equipment, keep it safe from the environment , improve mechanical strength and give excellent electrical  insulation.

3. Strengthen the integrity of electronic devices and improve resistance to external shocks and vibrations.

4. Improve the insulation between internal components and lines, which is conducive to the miniaturization and lightweighting of devices.

5. Avoid direct exposure of components and lines, and improve the waterproof, dustproof, moisture-proof performance, and heat transfer and  heat conduction of the device.

Instructions for use

1. Construction scenarios should not be set up in dense and ventilated places. Open flames are strictly prohibited and away from fire and heat sources. 

2. The potted substrate should be kept clean and dry, and no moisture or dust should be left.

3. Do not contact the glue with nitrogen, sulfur, phosphorus-containing compounds and metal organic acids during use, otherwise the glue will be made. 

4. Cannot cure or incomplete cure.

5. After the glue is mixed, the construction is completed within the operational time, that is, the operation is completed before the colloid is drawn.

Sealant ( BF-PS-01 )

Single-component, thixotropic paste, white, deoxidized room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber.

Product Application

1. Suitable for various types of component products such as single glass and double glass.

2. Used for bonding of photovoltaic frames and laminates and bonding of edge seals, and bonding and fixing of junction boxes and back panels/glass .

Instructions for use

1. Clean the surface: Clean the glue-applied surface: remove rust, dust and oil stains, etc.

2. Glue application: Squeeze the glue to the cleaned surface.

3. Curing: Place the glue-sizing parts in air. After the skin is formed, it cures . Within 24 hours at room temperature and 55% relative humidity , the curing depth is 2 to 4 mm. As time goes by, the curing depth gradually increases.

4. Storage: The unused glue should be tightened immediately and the nozzle should be sealed to store. When using it again, if there is a little crust on the seal, it will be removed and will not affect normal use. During storage, a small amount of crust may appear on the mouth of the pipe, which can be used normally after removal without affecting the performance of the product. When preparing glue , please follow the equipment operating instructions to apply glue.

Things to note

1. Stay away from children.

2. If you accidentally touch the skin, wipe it with a cloth before curing and wash it with clean water.

3. If you accidentally touch your eyes, rinse immediately with clean water.

4. It is recommended to use it in a well-ventilated place.
